- Payment
- The full amount for the stay is paid by bank card or PayPal at the time of booking. Cash or bank transfer is not accepted.
- Cancellation
- The booking is non-refundable: in case of cancellation, date change or no-show the amount paid is not refunded.
- Confirmation
- The booking is confirmed automatically after successful payment. The confirmation with a booking number is sent to the email provided.
- Check-in / out
- Check-in 14:00 – 18:00, check-out 08:00 – 12:00. For arrival at another time, please call ahead.
- Children
- Children up to 7 stay free in their parents' bed; from 8 they count as adults.
- Invoice
- If you need a company invoice, enter the company details when booking.
- Pets and smoking
- Pets are not allowed. The whole property is non-smoking.
- Personal data
- Used only for the booking — see Privacy.
