Privacy
Short and to the point: what this site knows about you and what it does with it.
Data controller. Parkova 33 Guest House, 33 Parkova St, 7200 Razgrad, Bulgaria, parkova33rz@gmail.com.
- Bookings. Made on this site. Your name, contact details and dates are stored in our booking system and used only for your stay, for contacting you and for the invoice. They are kept as long as accounting law requires.
- Enquiries. When you write or call, we use your name and contact details to reply and keep the correspondence until the matter is closed. Enquiries and booking notifications arrive in a Gmail (Google) mailbox.
- Emails from the site. The confirmations and replies we send are kept in a log for 14 days so we can check whether they arrived, then deleted automatically.
- Counting the steps. We count how many searches and bookings the site gets — daily totals only, with no cookies and no external services. So that the same person is not counted twice, an unreadable trace of your address is kept for half an hour and expires by itself.
- Map. The Google map loads only after you click it; Google then receives visit data under its own rules.
- Weather and time in Razgrad. The home page asks open-meteo.com for the temperature and sunset. Your browser connects to the service directly and it receives your IP address.
- Fonts and photos are served from our own server. No advertising, no analytics tracking. The booking system uses one cookie for your session while you choose a room.
- Your rights. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time at parkova33rz@gmail.com.
